How To Feed

Our Frozen Dinners

Our frozen dinners patties and morsels should be kept frozen until ready to use. Always store our dinners in a freezer.

Refer to our feeding chart for the correct amount of patties or morsels to thaw for your pet’s mealtime. Some liquid when completely thawed is normal. Do not microwave.

For Frozen Patties: Thaw the next day’s portion in the refrigerator overnight (or for 6-8 hours) in a covered container.

For Frozen Morsels: Our morsels minimize the time needed to thaw before serving. Measure your pet’s meal portion when frozen—the product will thaw in minutes.

Our Freeze-Dried Dinners

Our raw, freeze-dried dinners are shelf stable and do not have to be stored in a freezer. Store in a cool, dry pantry.

Refer to our feeding chart for the correct amount of patties to serve. Pet parents can serve our dinners dry or rehydrated. If your pet does not drink plenty of water at mealtime, we recommend rehydrating.

To Rehydrate: Crumble and add 1/4 cup of cool or warm water for every two patties.
