About Urban Tails Pet Supply
Founders Barry and Colleen always wanted to do something that they were passionate about, and in August of 2013 they were able to turn their dreams into a reality by opening the first Urban Tails Pet Supply in Minneapolis, MN. Barry’s degree in Business and over 20 years of experience in the pet industry combined with Colleen’s background in retail management and an extremely caring demeanor meant that a pet supply store was a no brainer!
When the opportunity to move into the best part of town arose, Barry and Colleen took full advantage of it. And now, nearly 10 years later, Urban Tails was, and still is, a staple in the community by only selling quality, all-natural products for pets.

Urban Tails Pet Supply features a different animal-focused organization every month in their round-up program. Organizations range from pet rescues and pet-specific food shelves to even spay and neuter assistance programs. Our customers have the opportunity to round up their purchase to the nearest dollar to donate directly to the organization of the month.
