About Dogs & Cats Rule

Dogs & Cats Rule consists of seven locally owned pet stores in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Established in 2001 in Newtown, PA, this group of neighborhood pet stores was founded by George Parente and his sister JoAnn on the philosophy that pet parents should have access to the very best natural and organic diets available. Dogs & Cats Rule offers a huge selection of alternative diets. Each store has at least 10 freezers dedicated to raw and gently cooked options, including Stella & Chewy’s! George and JoAnn especially love recommending Stella & Chewy’s Meal Mixers as a topper or complete and balanced meal to their customers.

At Dogs & Cats Rule, employees thrive on the positive feedback they receive from the pet parents they serve.
