How much do you charge for shipping?

If your order is over $49, you qualify for free shipping across most of the continental US. If your order less than $49, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 for standard shipping (4 to 7 business days). You can also choose to pay more for Expedited Shipping to receive your order in 2 business days. 

When will I get my delivery?

We work hard to deliver your Stella & Chewy’s products as quickly as possible. Most customers receive their order within 4-7 business days of placing their order. After placing an order, you can check your Order Status at any time for tracking information. 

Do I need to sign for my package?

If you are not home, the driver will leave the package at your door or with your door man. 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we can only ship to the contiguous U.S. at this time. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

Sorry, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses at this time.
