The store works with several local rescue organizations in the Portland Metro area through food drives and donations. Every November Pets on Broadway does a canned food drive in their store and matches donations for cans purchased by their customers. They are big proponents of helping their local rescue community and feel the can drive is a great opportunity to promote moisture-rich diets for pets in need. Pets on Broadway also donates prize baskets to local school fundraisers and offers internship and job opportunities for local high schoolers to earn on-the-job experience.
