This Stella & Chewy’s Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is delivered on behalf of Stella & Chewy’s, LLC, and its affiliates (“Stella & Chewy’s” or “we”, “our”, “us”) and governs the personal information we collect or receive from or about you when you visit www.stellaandchewys.com (“Website”) and any of our websites, social media pages and online applications that link to this Privacy Policy and in connection with delivering the services to you, whether online or offline (collectively, the “Services”).

Stella & Chewy’s is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and visitors. We provide this Privacy Policy to explain our practices for collecting, sharing and using the personal information and to tell you about the choices you may be able to make regarding the ways in which your information is collected, used and shared. SCHOOL OF RAW

The information in this section is specific to the School of Raw platform and supplements the other information contained in the remainder of this Privacy Policy. It should be read together with the rest of the Privacy Policy.

We collect and maintain information that you may provide to us through your use of and participation in the School of Raw, including your name, email address(es), and retailer information. We may also automatically collect certain information when you use School of Raw. Automatically collected information may, for example, include: IP address and date and time of your last login. If your account is made available by your employer or another third party, we will receive certain account registration details about you, such as your name and contact information, from the third party who makes your School of Raw account available to you.

We may use information as outlined in the “How We Use the Information” section above, including to provide you with pertinent training, better understand your interests, analyze usage patterns, and let you know about products and services that may be of an interest to you. We may also disclose information as outlined in the “How We Share the Information” section above. If your account is made available by your employer or another third party, we may also share certain information and account details with the party that sponsors your account, which may include information regarding your interaction with School of Raw (e.g., training module progress).

ONLINE TRACKING AND ADVERTISING

We and service providers or partners we engage to provide content, advertising, functionality and other services that measure and analyze ad performance or user behavior on the Services, may use cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies to understand usage of the Services and improve our content and offerings and to deliver advertisements in which you might be interested. Web Beacons

A web beacon is an electronic image called a single-pixel or “clear gif” that is a small piece of code that is used to collect anonymous and aggregate advertising metrics, such as the counting of page views, promotion views, or advertising responses. Mobile Device IDs

SOCIAL MEDIA AND OTHER PLATFORMS

Our Services may allow you to enable or log in via various online platforms, including social networking services like Facebook or Instagram (“Third-Party Platforms”). Our Services may also enable you to access these Third-Party Platforms directly or indirectly through our Services. By integrating these Third-Party Platforms, we aim to make your online experiences richer and more personalized. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Services are not intended for users under the age of 16, and Stella & Chewy’s does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.
