Dave brings a wealth of experience in both large multinationals and private equity. With 30 years of sales leadership at well-known food and beverage companies, Dave has established a record of success driving growth via sales strategy for such notable brands as Ken’s Dressing, Sweet Baby Ray’s, Juicy Juice, and Sunny D.

His impressive resume includes senior positions at Nestle Waters, Harvest Hill Beverage Company, Ken’s Foods, and most recently Vytalogy Wellness. Dave’s servant leadership style and analytical focus combine with a passion for pets to make him a great fit for our team.

The Champlin family includes his wife Beth and daughter Allie. They reside in Rhode Island and love to travel. The Champlins also share a love of Shih Tzu Poodles. Dave grew up in Buffalo and remains a dedicated fan of the Bills and Sabres.
