Feeding Stella’s Selects Cage-Free Chicken
Measure your pet’s meal portion when frozen according to the feeding guidelines below; do not microwave. Food should remain cold to the touch when served. Some liquid when completely thawed is normal. Always have ample fresh water available at mealtime. The table below shows the daily amount to feed based on a cat’s weight. Please note these are guidelines, and individual requirements can vary by +/- 50% based on your pet’s activity level, metabolism, age, general health, and other factors.
Transitioning Your Cat
Step 1: Days 1-3
Step 2: Days 4-6
Step 3: Days 7-9
Step 4: Day 10
Sudden changes in diet, including overfeeding, can sometimes result in digestive issues. Always introduce any new food by slowly mixing with your current diet for the first 7-10 days, increasing the amount of Stella & Chewy’s while decreasing the amount of the other brand.
