How to Update Your Listing

1. Create an Account (or log in if you have already created an account).

2. In your account, click on the “Retailer” option

3. Click the “Claim Store” button

4. Enter the information required in the form (Store, Phone Number, Title and Name) to allow a Stella & Chewy’s Representative to verify you.

5. Click “Submit”.

6. Repeat for all the stores you want to claim

CONGRATULATIONS. YOU’RE ON YOUR WAY TO MANAGING YOUR LISTING!

A Stella and Chewy’s representative will reach out to verify that you are the owner or manager of the store data. Due to overwhelming response, this may take two to four weeks to complete. You will receive an email when your claim has been approved. From there, you can log back in to your account and edit your store’s listing to add your store hours, services offered and more.
